The things that we believe run our lives. Our brain is constantly looking for evidence to prove ourselves right so it is always looking for confirmation that what we already believe is true. For example, if we believe that our husband is hiding something from us, our brain will constantly be on the lookout for proof that he's being secretive and sneaky. Your brain will always find evidence to solidify your beliefs-which is why it is CRUCIAL to become aware of WHAT you believe! Trust me, it is trickier than it sounds!
