Sometimes when we go through something traumatic, we forget to allow ourselves NOT to think about it. In fact, our brain thinks it is super important for us to constantly have it on our minds. But this often leads to anxiety and hyper-focus that creates emotional overwhelm and exhaustion. Today I'm going to talk about why this happens and why it's important to let it go.
