Today I am going to give you look at one of the 5 main tools I teach in my coaching program: Self Acceptance. It sounds basic, and perhaps it is, but it is the one that can propel you forward if you can master it. This is learning how to accept where you are without judging yourself for it. As humans, we have a lot of judgement for our thoughts and our feelings, and all that does is prevent us from moving forward. Thoughts like, "I shouldn't think that" or "I should feel differently" sound really nice but they aren't helpful.
